At Coffee Eiland, we take pride in providing high-quality air-roasted coffee and loose-leaf tea. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all coffee and tea sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you if there is an issue with your order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@coffeeeiland.shop with:

Your order number.
A clear photo of the product and packaging.

We will review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

Store credit may be offered in cases where refunds are not available.

Non-Perishable Items & Merchandise

For non-perishable items (such as mugs, apparel, or accessories), we accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is:

Unused and in its original packaging.
Free from stains, odors, or damage.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly if an issue arises.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, customers will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
